Body Jam (All levels)-This is the ultimate dance-based workout - a new generation fitness class that unlocks everyones rhythmic and dancing instincts. BODYJAM® is an addictive fusion of dance and aerobic moves. The blend includes the latest sounds of hip hop, funk and Latin music

Fat Burner (All Levels)-A class designed to burn fat with both High and Low Impact moves.

Kick Fit & Cardio Box (All levels)-A martial arts based program designed to raise fitness levels, improve flexibility & tone thru’out the whole body. A fun & energetic class set to powerful & motivating music.

Totally Abs (All Levels)-A half hour of Abdominal work out.

Body Pump (All Levels)-A Non-Impact Workout using WEIGHTED BARS which can be adjusted to suit your own personal fitness & strength level. An all over toning class.

Spinbox Circuit (All Levels)-A variety of Cycle & Boxing designed as a circuit based class. This class is designed to increase fitness levels as well as upper body strength and tone.

THT (All Levels)- A combination of step, cardio and muscle conditioning. Aims to burn maximum calories on your tummy, hips and thighs.

Cycle (All Levels)- An indoor cycling program designed to develop cardiovascular capacity. Burn up to 800 calories in 45min session.
