designed as a circuit based class. This class is
designed to increase fitness levels as well as
upper body strength and tone.

(All Levels)- A combination of step, cardio and
muscle conditioning. Aims to burn maximum calories
on your tummy, hips and thighs.
Cycle
(All Levels)- An indoor cycling program designed to
develop cardiovascular capacity. Burn up to 800
calories in 45min session.
